Researcher Profile

Setting up a researcher profile can be the first step to increase your research visibility. By showcasing your scholarly output on your profile page, you can distinguish yourself from others and provide easy access to all of your published work. It could save time costs for other academics and funders to identify your publications and the impact of your research, eventually granting yourself opportunities for receiving funding or possible collaborations with other scholars.

Create/ Update External Researcher Profiles

It is important to keep your profile up-to-date as it impacts the University’s research performance and global ranking. You should update your institutional affiliation, merge profiles and beware of variations in your name, and have your latest work included. You may refer to the following commonly used platforms for researcher profiles. Further queries could be directed to the HKU Library.
